What is the PHP memory limit?

The PHP memory limit on any shared hosting plan is currently limited to 128MB.

but when i test it, php memory limit just 40 mb
may i sent a ticket to increase it ?

If you login to your cPanel then go to "Select PHP Version" on this page there is an option "Switch to PHP Settings" . On this page you'll find you can change your memory limit from 64MB up to 512MB.
