How to create an email account
  1. Login to your cPanel account, and type 'Email Accounts' in the top left finder. (Picture)

  2. Modify the fields at the top of the page, inputting the information you'd like including the email address, password, and quota. (Picture)

  3. Click 'Create Account'. The account is now ready to be used and accessed through either webmail, or an email client.

Configuring an email client (Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird, etc)
  1. Login to your cPanel account, and type 'Email Accounts' in the top left finder. (Picture)

  2. Locate the email account in the list that you want to configure the email client for.

  3. Once located, select the 'More' tab at the far right of the field, and select 'Configure Email Client'. (Picture)

  4. The next page shows a variety of options for various email clients and the configuration files for each. Download the file for the client you wish to configure and it will walk you through the rest.(Picture)
Manually configuring Outlook
  1. When you first open Outlook you'll be prompted with a wizard to help configure your account. Hit next a couple of times until you get to the area that allows you to enter account information.(Picture)

  2. Instead of filling out the information here select the "Manually configure server settings or additional server types" check box. (Picture)

  3. On the following screen select "Internet E-Mail" and hit next. (Picture)

  4. Fill out the information accordingly. The server settings should have been included in your welcome e-mail. Make sure you use your full e-mail for the user name portion. (Picture).

  5. Before hitting next select the "More Settings ..." button and navigate to the "Outgoing Server" tab. From there select the "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication". The top radio button should be selected. (Picture)

  6. Hit next a couple of times and Outlook should launch with your e-mail account setup.
